Unlike some agents there was no self indulgent selling pitches or any pressure, something I was keen to avoid after using such an agent years ago.
I really cannot recommend them enough from the first valuation with Leanne who gave me a really natural warming vibe to Paige who sold our house in days, Jill who sold us our now home who was great with the negotiations and then it was overseen by Sarah who kept us updated and dealt with any issue until the day we completed - all throughout difficult restrictions within the pandemic. Great stuff.
Esther and the whole team at Grey Fox, Rainham, are simply brilliant and extremely efficient. I chose to use them for the sale of my property, as they had previously dealt with the purchase of my parents' house. The team let me know how my sale was progressing, with regular weekly updates and they also proved very helpful in chasing up the solicitors. In fact, right up to the point of exchange they were always available to help. Nothing was too much trouble for this Grey Fox team and I would highly recommend them.

Greyfox have helped me massively through very tough and trying times. I live 300 miles away from the property, the distance made things very tricky especially through COVID-19. Greyfox made regular checks on the property and helped me deal with any issues or problems such as property clearance, garden needs, repairs, services, etc. Greyfox, in my opinion, went the extra mile to assist me with everything that I needed.
