The team at Greyfox Rainham were all really helpful, responsive and friendly. We had a complicated chain, made harder with covid, and the team were always easy to get hold of, diligent following up and ready to explain what needed to be done. I would definitely recommend!

Sold my house through Greyfox (Rainham), with the sale going through just as the lockdown was put in place. First valuation was very optimistic, but still sold the house in time and got a reasonable price in the end. Commission rate was reasonable with no upfront costs (already had a valid Energy Report thing). A couple of years ago I had the house on the market with Jackson’s who wanted a higher commission, charged a fee upfront, undervalued the house, then dropped the price without checking with me. Got lots of interest but no offers close to what I wanted. In contrast, Rainham Greyfox came up will a full marketing plan at the valuation meeting and still didn’t do anything without making sure I was happy first.
Always professional. Kept me sane when I wanted to chuck in the towel. Supporting cast are very helpful and professional too. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
