If I can explain firstly that I am an estate agent and have just had the delight of being involved personally in a horrible chain of 8. Luckily Sarah Langford of the sales progression department literally took the bull by the horns and sorted a very messy chain. Organising and emailing the solicitors and agents with accurate reports and gentle chase ups.
Had it not been for Sarah I don’t think I would be moving on the 1/11.
You are a star Sarah, thank you very much for your intervention. Your Vendor should also be very pleased with your persistence.
I will also be leaving reviews for a certain Solicitor, these will not be favourable.
