We used the Rainham Greyfox branch to purchase our property in 2021. The property was marketed beautifully and the viewing appointment was very good with the agent having very good knowledge of the property answering all questions.

Our initial offer wasn’t successful however due to the other buyer pulling out of the property a while later, we were contacted to see if we were still interested. Another viewing appointment was arranged very quickly and the offer was made and accepted within 24 hours. As a buyer, we really appreciated this thoughtfulness of Greyfox during what was a difficult housing market. This ensured we were able to buy our favourite property from our 3 month search!!

The agents were very professional and provided reassurance and confidence in a typically stressful process. Their communication was brilliant and it was clear they had a good relationship with the seller. They worked really hard to ensure that both parties were looked after and were happy to talk through the progress and answer any questions no matter how silly they were. Lyndsey & Esther were particularly helpful and provided ample support throughout the process.

We had complete confidence in their service and would highly recommend them.
