i would just like to make everybody who reads this aware that if you are after a completely professional, trustworthy and dedicated estate agent use Grey Fox. i have just sold my late mothers house with them, and i myself have been through 10 houses and i have to say they are by far the best agent i have ever used. Excellent staff and a truly comprehensive service from start to finish.
