We recently sold and bought a house, we didn't use Greyfox unfortunately but they were the agent for the property we were buying. Despite not acting for us, they went above and beyond and progressed our chain of 5 to completion. If it was not for the incredible team in Rainham we would not be in our new house today. I dealt with every member in the team daily and they really helped me through the stress, not only on a professional level but also on a personal level. They showed real experience and were able to guide the entire chain through complicated scenarios as well as regularly checking in to see if I was ok. I had a real sense that they cared.
They also kept our buyer well informed and reassured, again, this was not part of their remit yet they did it without question. I honestly cannot recommend these people enough, if I ever go through this process again I would be straight on the phone to Greyfox.
